Yes — the app is free on Android and fully usable as a guest. Some booking and premium features may come later, but the core planner, Scanner, and prayer tools are free.
Does the Halal Scanner certify food as halal?
No. The Scanner uses AI to read ingredient labels and flag pork, alcohol, and doubtful additives to help you decide. It's guidance, not a religious certification.
Do I need an account?
No. You can plan trips, search food, and use prayer tools without signing up. An account only adds cloud sync across your devices.
Is it available on iPhone?
Android first. An iOS version is planned — join us on Android now and iOS will follow.
Which prayer-time and qibla methods are used?
Prayer times are computed on-device and the qibla compass works offline, so both keep working while you travel, even without a connection.
